absolute saga trying to get a doctors appointment on monday - reduced me to tears and f had to come home early. tuesday was nearly as bad - 3 hours wait for a call back! pointless, waste-of-time system - just means the receptionist can take personal calls rather than doing their job! when i finally did see drm every thing was sorted - then took ten minutes for the receptionist to stop gossiping and help me make a followup appointment. (too many !'s)
CPN cancelled, so me and b when empty building hunting - got some nice pics and saw muttly.
